What to expect
A space to quiet the noise.
Each session is intuitively guided and individualized to you. Along with Reiki energy healing, I may incorporate crystals, Koki-ho (Reiki breathwork) and intuitive insights and guidance that arise during our time together.
Following the energy work, there is space to share your experience and receive any observations or intuitive guidance I received during the session.
Clients often leave feeling lighter, calmer, clearer, grounded and more connected to themselves, sometimes with unexpected insight or affirmation around what they have been navigating.

Archangelic Light Healing
Available as an enhancement to your Reiki session, Archangelic Light Healing is a hands-off energy healing modality that calls upon the light and energies of the Archangels to support deep energetic clearing, release and healing at the source.
I intentionally work with a balance of divine feminine and divine masculine Archangelic energies, creating sacred space for deeper connection, insight and alignment.
Adding Archangelic Light extends your session by about 15 to 20 minutes, allowing additional space for this deeper energetic experience.
