A relaxed conversation about what is most present for you right now, and whether this work is the right fit. Nina will ask a few questions, you can ask her anything and nobody is going to pressure you into deciding on the call.

Reiki + Energy Healing Session
A beautiful reset when you feel depleted, stressed, energetically heavy or disconnected. No discovery call needed, no explaining yourself first. You lie down, and you receive.
Best if you want to feel this work rather than talk about it.
Book a Reiki SessionIn person in Cary, or virtually from wherever you are. You choose when you pick your time, and both are the full session.
Genuinely not sure which one? Send Nina a sentence about what is going on, and Nina will tell you honestly which one she would suggest, including if the answer is neither.

No mystery, no hoops.

You pick a time
Choose a slot that works for you, or send an email and Nina will offer you a few. Evenings and weekends are sometimes possible, so ask if the standard times do not work around what you are managing.

You get a confirmation
It tells you where to go or which link to click, roughly what to expect and how to reach Nina if something changes. For coaching there may be a short intake beforehand, so the first session is not spent on background.

We meet
You do not have to arrive polished or know what to say. Wherever you are, that is where we start. If you cry, that is fine. If you laugh, that is also fine, and it happens more often than people expect.

You leave with something
An inner shift, a broader perspective and, where it fits, something practical. A practice, a conversation to have, a boundary, a next step. Insight is lovely, but it is more useful when it has somewhere to go.

There is a quiet space in Cary, North Carolina, and if you are local, being in it is its own part of the experience.

Parking and entry: use the lower level lot at the rear of the building. Suites in the 100s are reached from that entrance, not from the front doors. This is in your confirmation email too, so there is nothing to remember.
And this matters just as much: all of this work is genuinely available virtually. Coaching translates completely, and energy is not limited by distance, so Reiki sessions are offered remotely and clients consistently feel them. People work with Nina from across the country and beyond.
If travel, caregiving, illness or geography is the thing standing between you and support, it does not have to be.
How to arrive
Come exactly as you are.
You do not need the right words. You do not need to have organized your thoughts, made a list or worked out what the real problem is. You do not need to be in a good place, or a bad enough one to deserve the help.
Wear what is comfortable. For Reiki you stay fully clothed and lie down. For a virtual session, find a spot where you will not be interrupted, and headphones help.
