My Story
How I cultivate resilience from the inside out and how grief and illness were my building blocks.
Hello! I'm Nina Della Vecchia, and I'm here to share a bit about my journey and why I'm so passionate about helping you navigate yours.
I've always been a bounce-back person – someone who turns challenges into opportunities. Resilience isn't just a quality for me; it's my superpower. Growing up as the seventh of nine children in an Italian immigrant family that faced its share of traumas, life wasn't always easy. Through therapy, coaching, spiritual teachings, the transformative power of plant medicine and nature, I've learned to create a limitless tool box. This box remains open, accessible and is the place from which I cultivate harmony in my life and in the lives of others. My most recent addition to my tool box is the transformative healing modality of Reiki.
From a young age, I share this with immense gratitude, I had the instinct for seeing the light, even in the darkest moments. Life presented me with its fair share of challenges – some I was born into, some I stumbled into and others I found myself in, often with voluntary unawareness. Awareness was to come later. It's those lived experiences that have shaped who I am as a coach today. The challenges, tests and lessons continue as I don't live a life of stagnation (or ease!). Now, the difference is the treasure trove of my tool box and the deep connections I have to my inner self.
Certified by the Life Purpose Institute in 2014, an ICF accredited program specializing in transformation, life changes and career transitions, I initiated a mission to serve others through coaching. Over the past decade, I've honed my resiliency superpower, discovering the key to being Resilient AF: Dare to Be Me! Continuously tapping into my evolving Spirit to serve, I heeded the call to become a Certified Reiki Practitioner to offer this healing art for stress reduction, calm and connection. I am beyond grateful to offer this in person at Classical Acupuncture & Integrative Health Clinic, Cary, NC, Tue & Fri by appt.
Now, I'm extending a warm welcome to you. I understand that seeking support isn't always easy, but I'm proud of you for taking this step. While my approach is rooted in the fundamentals of coaching – personalized, supportive, and a safe space – I go beyond the basics. Having navigated through a myriad of life experiences. I understand that you deserve a level of support that transcends the ordinary.

I meet you where you are, working together, crafting your personalized plan to reveal and attain clarity towards your desired outcome.
